The Family Nest

The Family Nest is a planned onsite childcare and family-support experience designed to help more parents participate fully in ReCharged. Final provider, age eligibility, capacity, staffing, hours, services and registration requirements will be announced before tickets go on sale.

Parenting doesn’t pause — and neither should you.

The Nest:

Designed with both parents and children in mind,

The experience we are working to provide may include:

• Professionally staffed and operated by a licensed childcare provider experienced in conference and convention environments.

• Supervised, age-appropriate childcare activities

• A child-friendly meal during the lunch window

• Healthy snacks through the day

• A structured, secure care environment

• We aim to provide fun-filled programs for children as young as 6 weeks - 14 years old.

• On-Site Healthcare Professionals (EMT, LPN, or LVN) for

  additional medical support

Family Care Suite

• Dedicated changing stations

• Private nursing and pumping areas

• Comfortable lounge seating for parents who need a contained, calm moment with little ones

This space is intentionally created to support families who may need flexibility throughout the day.

Childcare services are offered as an optional convenience for attending parents. Families are welcome to arrange their own childcare if preferred

All participants must complete required registration and consent forms prior to accessing The Nest.

Children may not enter the main stage, breakout rooms, marketplace, VIP Lounge or other adults-only Summit areas. Children registered for The Nest must remain within the designated childcare and Family Care areas unless released to an authorized parent or guardian.

Pre-registration will be required. Capacity is limited.
