The Nest:

The Nest is professionally staffed and operated by a licensed childcare provider experienced in conference and convention environments.

Designed with both parents and children in mind, The Nest offers:

  • Supervised, age-appropriate childcare activities

  • A child-friendly meal during the lunch window

  • Healthy Snacks through the day

  • A structured, secure care environment

  • We can provide fun-filled programs for children as young as 6 weeks - 14 years old.

  • On-Site Healthcare Professionals (EMT, LPN, or LVN) for

    additional medical support

Family Care Suite

  • Dedicated changing stations

  • Private nursing and pumping areas

  • Comfortable lounge seating for parents who need a contained, calm moment with little ones

This space is intentionally created to support families who may need flexibility throughout the day.

Childcare services are offered as an optional convenience for attending parents. Families are welcome to arrange their own childcare if preferred

All participants must complete required registration and consent forms prior to accessing The Nest.

Children over the age of 2 are not allowed in breakout rooms, marketplace or any of the lounges.

CHILDCARE & ACCESSIBILITY

👶 On-Site Childcare — The Nest Professional staffed childcare is available for children 6 weeks to 14 years old. Pre-registration is required for all children. Capacity is limited to 150 children total.

  • ReCharged VIP All Access — Guaranteed placement with pre-registration

  • VIP Pass — Priority early registration ahead of General Admission

  • General Admission — First come, first served registration

All childcare participants must complete consent and registration forms prior to the event. A child-friendly meal and healthy snacks are provided throughout the day. On-site healthcare professionals are present.
